Student Support Portal

The Student Support Portal at support.wub.edu.bd is the University’s main written channel for student enquiries, service requests and first-instance complaints. Every written request becomes a ticket with a reference so it can be tracked and answered β€” whether you use the portal or email support@wub.edu.bd from your University account.

🚨

Emergency & Safeguarding Routes

If you are experiencing an emergency, risk of serious harm, sexual harassment, or ragging, do not use this portal. Use the dedicated routes below so nothing is delayed:

1

Sign in and lodge a ticket

Choose the help topic that fits your request. You’ll get an automatic acknowledgement with a ticket reference straight away.

2

Receive a substantive response

A named officer will send you a response within the time set for that type of request (see Service standards, Section 6).

3

Track, reply, and escalate

You can track, reply to, reopen (within 20 working days of closure) and escalate your ticket. If it isn’t answered in time, reply and ask for escalation β€” it goes to the responsible Deputy Director, and then to the Director.

4

Communicate courteously

Please write from your University email account. A request is never refused or deprioritised just because it is expressed forcefully.

  • The portal (support.wub.edu.bd)
  • Email to support@wub.edu.bd from your University account
  • The Student Support telephone line in office hours
  • The Student Affairs front desk in person
  • The dedicated routes for harassment, ragging, grievance and safeguarding

Note: A staff member’s personal phone, personal email or personal social media is not a recognised channel and does not put the University on notice.
