The International Affairs Office is a dedicated setup for international students. We are here from before you arrive — helping you understand admission, fees and your visa — through arrival, settling in, and your whole time at WUB. You are protected from discrimination, xenophobia and exploitation.

Pre-Arrival Information
Admission requirements, English-language requirements, documents, fees, credit transfer, and refund terms.
Visa & Immigration
Applications, extensions, residence formalities, and reminders before anything is due to expire.
Arrival Support
Airport reception, initial accommodation, bank account setup, local registration, and healthcare access.
Orientation & Buddy Scheme
Dedicated cross-cultural orientation, a named first-semester contact, language support, and a buddy scheme.
Who: All prospective and enrolled international students.
Cost: Advisory and support services are free (standard university tuition/fees apply).
Contact the International Affairs Office before you commit or arrive. We publish what is verified and tell you plainly what is still being confirmed, rather than promising what we cannot deliver.
We will notify you at least 60 days before an immigration expiry that needs action.
International-student satisfaction is surveyed and reported separately each year.
