The Office is led by the Director of Student Affairs and organised into units grouped under three senior leads: a Deputy Director for Student Welfare and Wellbeing; a Deputy Director for Student Development and Engagement; and a Deputy Director for Careers, Alumni and International. Between them, these units cover every service on this site.
Student Support Centre
The single front door for all student enquiries; triage, referral and service-standard tracking.
Student Support Central Monitoring Unit
The case-management system, early-alert monitoring, and service data and reporting.
Student Counselling and Wellbeing Centre
Individual and group counselling, crisis response, wellbeing promotion and peer support.
Medical Centre
First aid, primary care, health screening, vaccination campaigns and referral to hospitals.
Financial Aid and Scholarship Office
The statutory free-studentship quota, scholarships, waivers and the Hardship Fund.
Career Services and Placement Office
Career counselling, employability training, internships, placement and graduate tracking.
Alumni Relations Office
The alumni association, alumni database, mentoring and giving, and alumni feedback.
Student Clubs, Sports and Cultural Activities Office
Recognition, supervision and funding of clubs; sports and cultural programmes; the student council secretariat.
Student Conduct, Grievance and Safeguarding Office
Discipline, grievance redressal, the harassment and anti-ragging committee secretariat, and safeguarding.
International Affairs Office
International student admission support, immigration liaison, arrival and integration.
