Structured Orientation
Covering your programme, rules, rights, safety, and how to reach every service.
Named Academic Adviser
Assigned from admission, meeting you at least twice a semester.
Peer Mentoring
Pairing first-year students with trained senior students.
Skills Support
Workshops and drop-in clinics for academic writing, time management, and exam technique.
Who: All enrolled WUB students, with targeted support for first-year and at-risk students.
Cost: This service is completely free of charge.
Speak directly to your named academic adviser, visit the Student Support Centre front desk, or access online modules through the student portal.
If flagged for low attendance or missed assessments, someone will contact you within 10 working days with an action plan.
