Sensitive Information
Counselling and mental-health records, medical records, disability and accommodation records, records of harassment, bullying, ragging or safeguarding complaints, financial-hardship records, and CCTV are held under restricted access.
Confidential information is disclosed only with your consent; where there is a serious and imminent risk to life or safety; where the law requires it; or to the minimum needed to put an agreed accommodation in place or to let a committee decide a complaint.
